The owner of a Texas-based RV and boat dealership has paid $1.1 million for 10 acres on Baldwin County 20 in Foley, just east of Lowe’s Home Improvement store, according to Stacey Ryals of Hosteeva Realty, who represented the seller. Stephen Harrison of REMAX of Gulf Shores worked for the buyers.

Stirling Properties has begun pre-leasing space for a proposed Class A office building to be constructed in the Spanish Fort Town Center along Bass Pro Drive on the east side of the center in Spanish Fort. The two-story building would have about 44,000 square feet, according to Stirling Properties, which handles leasing for the mixed-use center. Spanish Fort Town Center off Interstate 10 and U.S. 98 is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Kohl’s, JCPenney, Fairfield Inn and Courtyard by Marriott.
